Do you remember the formula to accompany a successful training lesson plan?

Veterans In Need have re-positioned some of the principles slightly;

1. Lack of Distractions – Never permit your psychology to be used, confused and abused by flashy government websites that promise but rarely provide.

2. Use of Senses – Vigilance will provide Veterans In Need with much needed sense of direction in that Veterans can help us to help Veterans.

3. Variety – As the size and strength of our website progresses we will open the eyes of our Veterans to;

a. The various ways in which they can assist us provide self-aid and assist others.

b. How to reach out to Veterans, their families & Widows and encourage them to attend our website with all forms of issues.

4. Simplicity – The essence of good two-way communication is to ‘Keep It Simple Stupid’…….why confuse matters?

5. Interesting – our inter-action with and naming and shaming of unhelpful, weak politicians and other obstacles will be worth the read.

6. Competitions – Our biggest competition will be against the government as we will endeavour to hold a Veterans Day attended by more Veterans than they can muster, without the laborious, lying, and insincere speeches that always contain the words, “……we owe them so much”

7. Reality – Together with requests for debates and investigations into topical Veterans issues, Veterans In Need will publish relevancies.

8. Sense of Achievement – Please feel free to write this one yourself.

9. Maximum Activity – Encourage all Veterans to get involved with this website and the business of it.

a. Don’t sign the guest book on behalf of your household, teach your children the debt owed to the Veteran community and ask them to sign it too, irrespective of age.

b. Send letters to your local newspapers, Veterans issues are not absent from any geographical area and therefore are, ‘peoples stories’

Cenotaph Parades
